He has a wide range of expertise on building physics and energy modelling with an eye for detail on fabric and building services performance optimisation. Specialising in developing technically feasible and cost-effective energy strategies, he enables design teams and clients to build their Net Zero Carbon roadmaps from complex office buildings, to retail parks and industrial portfolios. Yorgos won the CIBSE Building Simulation Award 2023 for his work at the Bourne 100 Business Park for ARA Dunedin
