Toni is an Associate Director at architectural practice, and Certified BCorp, Stride Treglown.

She works nationally to lead multi-disciplinary, internal, and external teams on a wide range of exciting projects, with a particular focus on repositioning offices, retrofit, adaptive reuse and mixed-use regeneration.

She is an active committee member of the British Council for Offices, was an inaugural member of New London Architecture's Expert Panel for Work, and 2023-24 Regional Chair at Women in Property.
