Tom joined Barr Gazetas in 2006 and became a director in 2016. Tom leads the teams delivering complex projects for Schroders, British Land and Nuveen amongst others, and the social pillar at the practice, with overall responsibility for practice development and training. Tom has a wealth of experience designing and delivering projects of different scales and a passion for sustainability-led design in the reimagining and repurposing of existing buildings. He currently leads the teams delivering the refurbishment and fit out of 6 St Andrew Street, 220 Queenstown Road and 1 Golden Lane. Tom is an active judge for the AJ retrofit awards and member of the Wandsworth design review panel.
