Tim Wilson, Strategic Projects Director at Inspired Villages Group

Tim’s current role of Strategic Projects Director at Inspired Villages Group brings together over 35 years of experience in industry and management consultancy. Since joining Inspired Villages in 2019, Tim has delivered a number of key strategic projects that have enhanced the Inspired Villages platform, including launching part exchange, rental, data warehousing/BI and most recently Inspired Works. Originally qualifying as a chartered accountant, Tim has built deep expertise in sales, marketing, finance and more recently data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) through both industry roles and consulting projects across Europe, USA and the Middle East. Tim leads the BI team and, as well as delivering insights for data-driven decision making, the Inspired Villages BI team have recently embarked on their first AI project, building a machine learning model to generate new insights from customer journeys.
