Tamara joined ISG’s Work Winning function as an Estimator in 2014 and has helped secure various projects across many sectors of the industry. She has participated in external innovative leadership programmes that work on industry challenges as well being part of ISG’s future talent development programmes that influence business decisions and strategy. After 15 years within Work Winning roles, Tamara left Head of Estimating for London and took an opportunity to move into Business Growth and Innovation. Developing sector strategies with senior stakeholders. Working on data to support business performance. Using analytics to provide insights and improve productivity. Working directly with customers to lead specific objectives developing innovative ways of sharing our knowledge and expertise. 

Tamara is interested in human behaviours and is passionate about helping the industry evolve through positive disruption to break inefficient processes and shift the traditional culture that limits construction. Leading ISG’s first global network, Tamara champions inclusion, wellbeing and supports talent development through mentoring. Using her enthusiasm and experience working with multiple functions, operations and senior leaders, Tamara drives diverse teams on implementing change to common industry challenges.
