Sui-Te Wu M Arch, B Arch, RIBA Client Advisor, ARB, RSA Fellow

An expert in design with a real breadth of strategic client experience, a leader in public sector and local authority, transport architecture, school design, BIM and governance, she has led design & technology transformation, and influenced major clients and stakeholders as an architect and as a client advisor in challenging circumstances. She is a strategic thinker, steers each opportunity with an inquisitive mind. She promotes collaborative teams with emphasis on human interactions and active listening, while focusing on the “big picture”, in the context of environmental sustainability, social value, and inclusion. With her dedications on Climate Challenge, design quality and integrity, organisations and clients valued her unique skillsets, which broadened their visions and project outcomes.

Sui-Te has significant success in leading multi-disciplines organisations on complex projects. She championed design through early-stage strategic briefing and inter-disciplinary design review on major projects to world class design.

She is a Director of Lean BIM Strategies, a mentor to architects of diversity, the chair of RIBA Client Adviser Steering Group, Member of RIBA Standards Committee, and Trustee of Multi-Academies Trust. She is a core member of Climate Framework, the cross-industry Action Group, which unites industry and academia for collective climate action. Her previous experiences include the world class Jubilee Line Extension Project for London Underground (1991-2000), a CABE Enabler (2001 -2011), the strategic Client Advisor on several major BSF Programs, as well as strategic advisor for Academy Trust and Local Authorities across UK.
