Hi, I am Rylie a 17-year-old Apprentice Site Manager at Willmott Dixon. I work with lots of companies and sit on Advisory Board for Career & Enterprise Company, Edge Foundation and many more. To help introduce young people into construction and make sure they are given experiences and opportunities to be ready for the world of work. My aim is to share my journey as a young person to help inspire others. While helping make changes to ensure young people are given the knowledge, skills and experiences to make the best next steps for them. From speaking in parliament, guest speaking at charity events, being on panels or hosting insight webinars I am able to share my journey and experiences to a wide range of people.
