Civil Engineer currently employed at SKANSKA, a global construction and development company. As Deputy Head of BIM (40 team members) for SCS JV in the High-Speed 2 Trains Project (HS2) since 2018. As a dedicated professional, I have successfully contributed to the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes throughout various phases of complex engineering projects.

As an active participant in HS2's Digital Engineering working group, I liaised with the client's BIM Team and other Main Works Civil Contracts to promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Temporary Works enthusiastic and subject matter expert, I guided, developed, and empowered the BIM team to a leading position in the marked, enabling the JV to perform advanced 4D simulations empowering the decisions makers in critical situations in the contract. Fostering technical and professional skills in ISO 19650 while cultivating a collaborative culture.

Additionally, my background comes from a 20+ years’ experience running my own company, with expertise in Oil & Gas managing the digital delivery of global projects in Brazil, UK, South and North America. Proven ability to build and lead high performing teams across multiple major projects. Experience in developing digital business plans, contracts, executing company-wide digital strategies, and work-winning efforts. Specialism in information management, BIM execution and digital transformation.
