Rob is the WW+P Architects Global Head of Sustainability leading the transformation to net zero carbon, adaptation & resilience, circular economy, biodiversity net gains, and social value in response to the climate emergency.

Rob’s confidence to push the boundaries of sustainable design has been built through a career at leading sustainable design practices including Battle McCarthy, Atelier Ten and Arup, on high profile projects spanning the globe from Detroit to Melbourne, and Singapore to KSA, with internationally celebrated architects.

Rob’s diverse teaching positions express his passion for knowledge sharing through storytelling, from tropical Marine Engineering, at the Seychelles Polytechnic, to lecturing the Antarctic Research Station Design Series at Stanford University’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering. 

Rob is an accomplished conference speaker, having been the Green Revolution Keynote Speaker at Miagreen, and having presented on climate responsive and zero carbon design at Greenbuild, U.S., and Ecobuild U.K.

Rob's latest panel discussion was at MPIPM 2024 on the subject of transformative strategies for enhancing London’s resilience within the context of climate change and urban heat island.
