Rian Lamb is a Technical Coordinator working for Barratt London.  In 2016, he began his career in the Built Environment as a student on the first ever cohort of the PlanBEE Higher apprenticeship scheme. Today, Rian is delighted to see the award-winning programme offered nationwide and remains supportive as a programme alumnus.
