Rhea leads the UK Homebuilders territory  within Microsoft's Built Environment practice. Rhea joined Microsoft in 2017, with consultancy experience in Microsoft's adoption and change management practice, and subsequently supporting the UK public sector's digital transformation throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Since 2022, Rhea has been developing partnerships with enterprise clients in the Built Environment to harness the power of technology and drive digital transformational change to achieve strategic objectives. As a result, she has been leading the delivery of complex transformations for large enterprises, notably in the Era of AI. Rhea is a champion for diversity and inclusion, as well as mental health and wellbeing, within Microsoft and built environment sectors, for which she is an active mentor and coach.
