Rebecca is the Group Head of People Operations for Vistry Group, the UK's largest housebuilder, and is responsible delivering the Group's People Strategy across all 26 regional business units, 3 timber frame manufacturing sites and a services division.  She has over 25 years experience across various sectors including retail, technology distribution and construction.  The DEI agenda features heavily in Rebecca's day to day work life and she is passionate about creating an inclusive environment, where people from all backgrounds feel welcome and able to achieve.
