With experience across all stages of the end-to-end project lifecycle,, Paul has built and led teams across defence, construction and consultancy organisations, with a keen focus on capability development to help team members unlock their potential.

Paul is a Fellow of the IMechE and is APM qualified. To unwind, Paul is drawn to the mountains, whether it is on skis, climbing, running or mountain biking
