Paul is an experienced talent acquisition professional who joined Mace in 2013. Paul specialises in recruiting for the sustainability, design and digital disciplines and has worked across the full variety of Mace projects and programmes including Battersea Power Station, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Hellinikon Programme in Athens. 
Paul's dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion has led him to take an active role in the Enabled Network at Mace.  Paul has played a key part in establishing a highly successful partnership with Evenbreak. This collaboration has been invaluable in supporting Mace's mission to create a more inclusive workplace and provide equal opportunities for all.
