Patricia has more than 25 years’ experience in the built environment with the last 15 years spent in senior leadership roles at TfL and LLDC; as an influencing leader, she excels in her flexible approach to team building and management, corporate decision-making and negotiations, relationship-building and her adaptability to changes. Patricia is always able to see the bigger and more strategic picture of the projects, programs and portfolios she has been in charge of, while ensuring co-ordination across the GLA delivery bodies and other key stakeholders. Joined the GLA family after 19 years spent at Transport for London (TfL) including 1.5 years at LLDC, and 5 years within French and English consultancies. After advising the Mayors of London in relation to strategic planning applications and planning policies, she joined TfL Property as Head of Planning.

Following a year and a half at LLDC, as Director of Planning within its Development team, she has returned to TfL to Head the Planning and Design team for Places for London. The main role being to de-risk, promote, navigate the planning complexities and challenge design as part of the redevelopment of the Mayor’s landholdings with the aim of bringing forward much needed homes, incl. Affordable, and jobs for London. Patricia has a wide experience in dealing with large and complex masterplanning and strategic redevelopment sites from both public and private sectors perspective. She advises and manages all planning and design aspects of some of the GLA family portfolios from early feasibility stage to delivery within all property sectors (Residential, commercial, Built to Rent and Major Projects, as well as Asset Management) and through different delivery mechanisms (JVs, Disposal, BtR etc). NLA Panel Expert Planning over the last 2 years, Centre for London Advisory Group Member, numerous publications and events speaker (LREF, UK Built etc).
