This guidance outlines how clients, project management, design, construction, and asset management teams can deliver inclusive design on projects across the RIBA Plan of Work.

In her most recent corporate role, Pareisse was the Inclusive Design Strategy Lead for an international inclusive design consultancy, working with clients and design teams at RIBA Work Stages 0-1 to develop inclusive design project objectives and strategies. In 2024, Pareisse Wilson established Harmonise Change, a consultancy dedicated to helping clients initiate and sustain their inclusive design journey.

Testament to her commitment to driving social change and promoting access and inclusion for all, Pareisse was nominated for the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 List in 2021 and 2022 and the Top 100 Women in Construction awards in 2024 for her work leading the development of the RIBA Inclusive Design Overlay.
