Pan Hu is a Senior Planner in the Arup City Planning & Regeneration (CPR) team, specialising in major infrastructure planning and consents. Her main sectors of interest are rail and energy sectors, with a focus on interactions between major infrastructure and localised/lived experiences. Pan has experience in exploring the use of emerging systems, software and artificial intelligence in engaging with the planning system from consultants’ perspective, particularly to lower barriers to understanding the planning system for junior planners and the public.
