Oliver is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Manager, with experience in direct delivery, management contracting and digital construction. His career to date has revolved around the use of offsite and digital methods to improve the products and processes used in the built environment across diverse regions and sectors.

As Head of DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) at Wates, he is building and leading a team to expand offsite capability through the supply chain - reimagining processes for projects to thrive.

In addition to his role at Wates, Oliver is an Industrial Advisory Board Member at Swansea University College of Engineering, providing industry insights and guidance to support the future of Engineering education. He is also a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers' Productivity and Data & Digital Community Advisory Boards.
