Nicola has lead numerous construction schemes in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Military. She took responsibility for leading technical compliance across Sir Robert McAlpine, leading the response to the Building Safety Act and ensuring competence. Most recently, Nicola transitioned into a strategic role in workforce planning, where she applies her experience to optimise resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the right talent with the right competencies are positioned to drive sustainable success.
