Nick is a Senior Development Director at Stanhope, leading development schemes from concept through to occupation. Having worked in the construction sector with Laing O’Rourke and now the real estate sector for over 15 years, he has broad experience in sustainable development principals on tall buildings and retrofit. Nick has been involved in some of the most complex commercial schemes delivered in London such as Cannon Place, The Leadenhall Building, Angel Court and 8 Bishopsgate. He has journeyed through the earlier ‘environment’ led focus of the early 2000’s through to the now paramount challenge of reducing our carbon outputs and protecting our planet from climate change and how we responsibly go about this in adapting the Built Environment. Whilst working with consultants and contractors in bringing the early brief to creative reality on specific developments, Nick brings a focus on assessing and converting the opportunities for sustainable design and delivery.  Nick also plays a role at Stanhope in setting up developments from early stages of delivery for success.
