Mo is the Sustainability Lead within Wates Smartspace, Wates’ retrofit and refurb division, facilitating and implementing the Wates Smartspace sustainability strategy and vision across all its projects and operations. With a decade in Environmental and Sustainability experience within construction, including, environmental compliance, BREEAM and whole life carbon assessments, Mo has been leading Wates retrofit projects to achieving above and beyond project sustainability requirements.

Mo is keen on pushing the boundaries for low carbon initiatives, responsible sourcing, energy, waste and water reduction measures through resource efficiency, MMC and technological innovation, all whilst meeting the 2045 Wates Group targets towards net zero.
