Min-Shan is a Senior Consultant at Arup with a focus on aviation projects. Her expertise bridges spatial planning and operational functionality, with extensive hands-on experience in airport projects ranging from small regional airports to major international hubs. Her work includes passenger terminal functional planning, airport master planning, and terminal wayfinding. Recognising the critical importance of security, safety and efficiency, Min-Shan has expanded her focus to include aviation security and asset and operations, ensuring these elements are seamlessly integrated into the built environment solutions.
