Michela is a Sustainability Business Partner at Wates. Passionate and a strong advocate of sustainability, a major focus of Michela’s current work is leading Wates Strategic approach to sustainability in London, South England and Northern Home Counties, delivering on the Group ESG commitments, which are supported by SBTi short and long-term targets. Previously, she developed and led Mount Anvil’s first ESG Strategy at both company and project level, and covered a nationwide role at Stride Treglown, as Head of NZC&Passivhaus, advising a wide range of public and private clients on sustainability and overseeing the carbon aspects of projects across sectors.
