Martha is an influential leader in the construction industry’s net zero transition. Her 17 years’ experience in infrastructure delivery, as well as decarbonisation/energy consultancy and strategic planning has led her to her current role as Whole Life Carbon Reduction and Transformation Lead for Laing O’Rourke. Martha is a driving force in championing and strengthening our efforts towards decarbonising the built environment, which includes ensuring we implement optimal low-carbon systems across our projects. Her background as a Chartered Mechanical Engineer equips her with the technical knowledge necessary for developing quality carbon solutions that effectively integrate into existing systems and designs to achieve desired outcomes.
