Marion Ellis FRICS, Founder, Love Surveying

As a chartered surveyor with a background in defect and valuation claims in the residential sector, Marion has spent much of her career sorting out problems. This experience taught her a lot about customer experience and employee experience, which is not so different.

Marion was late diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia and is a certified ADHD coach. She specialises in providing strategic and practical support to organisations to learn from mistakes and failures to improve their customer experience and reduce risk.

As the Founder of Love Surveying, she provides coaching and connection for surveyors and those in the business of surveying who love what they do but don’t necessarily love the business side of things.

Marion created The Surveyor Hub community and podcast and is committed to empowering women along the way.
