Lucy has worked for AECOM for over 20 years and became the ESG Business Lead for Europe and India in 2022. She oversees the implementation of AECOM's four-pillar ESG strategy across the region ensuring it is embedded in AECOM’s projects, operations and culture with a strong focus on sustainable development and community opportunities. Lucy also works with global colleagues to deliver AECOM’s environmental and social advisory services and collaborates with clients and industry partners to drive and accelerate innovation in areas such as Net Zero and Social Value. Lucy is a mother of two young energetic boys who are already very environmentally conscious.
