Lizzie (she/her) is an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) professional who has worked in the Construction industry across the UK and Nordics for the last 10 years. She has been instrumental in the development of a much-needed safe space and policies for LGBTQ+ colleagues and works actively with EDI data to identify invisible barriers to inclusion within organisations. Lizzie is currently an Inclusion Partner at Galliford Try and focuses on the power of conversations and training on psychological safety to support leaders in building a culture of inclusion and high performing teams.
