Laura is a chartered town planner and co-lead of Avison Young’s London Planning Team, with over 18 years of planning experience. Laura is responsible for a number of large scale commercial developments and major mixed use high-density developments, including New Scotland Yard for Northacre, Neasden Goods Yard for Hollybrook Homes and Klein’s Wharf for Seven Capital.   Laura is a Panel Member of Design Review South East and has been an RIBA Judge for London. Prior to joining Avison Young, Laura worked for the London Borough of Brent in regeneration, planning policy and development management, and also worked at Government Office for London on strategic planning issues, including the UNESCO World Heritage Mission to London to assess the impact of tall buildings on the World Heritage Sites, the extension of the Mayor’s powers, the review of Ken Livingstone’s London Plan and also strategic level planning casework.
