Kizzy is an Equity Partner in the White Collar Crime & Investigations Group at Mishcon de Reya and currently heads the firm's Health and Safety (H&S) practice. A Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience, she has significant experience in defending companies, senior directors and employees in corporate manslaughter, inquests and serious fire / H&S prosecutions.

Kizzy provides preventative consultancy advice to high-profile corporate and multi-national clients concerning corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation, as well contentious, strategic advice in response to an actual incident. She also regularly represents clients at court, Enforcement Notice appeals and Coroners' inquests. 

Kizzy has a particular interest in H&S leadership and governance risk, as well as the management of reputational risk for businesses. She is a Trustee / Non Exec Director of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), London Health and Safety Group (part of Safety Groups UK), and Mates In Mind.

Kizzy is recognised by The Legal 500 in 2024/5 as a “standout Leading Individual” for health and safety. She is also highly ranked in Chambers & Partners in 2024, which describes her as “impressive, forward-thinking, a brilliant lawyer…a leader in this field”.
