Karen has spent 9 years in the construction industry. Initially co-founding a bespoke fabrication company, working for the Architecture and Developer world in London, utilising European bespoke supply chains. This hands on onsite experience to entrepreneurial mindset then led her to niche recruitment where she aimed to impact the bigger picture of the industry (whilst avoiding 6am winter mornings on building sites).

For the last 6 years Karen has worked focused in Architectural recruitment in the UK and Europe, for bespoke small practices to top AJ global firms. More recently utilising her expertise in construction recruitment to assist the real estate investors and developers world too, focusing on the growth of design and delivery teams, through all levels.

Karen has also been a committee member for NAWIC London (National Association of Women in Construction) for 6 years and is an advocate for diversity and equality in the industry,
