Jonathan leads the PTA delivery team and is responsible for implementation of BIM: He is an accomplished designer who brings a wealth of detailing and understanding of buildability into our concept designs, ensuring our clients obtain planning approvals that are viable and maintain quality. 

Jonathan has over a decade of experience realising large housing-led schemes through design and build procurement, maintaining quality aspirations from planning approvals, and is currently leading on a number of cladding remedial projects.

He leads on Quality Assurance within the studio via benchmarking, technical coordination and building regulation assessments. He leads workshop and design reviews to ensure all scheme benefit from rigorous cross checking and circular learning.
