John is the LSA Engagement Director and is responsible for forging and maintaining mutually enriching external partnerships with our Practice Partner Network, Design Partner Network and organisations in the wider built environment community. John was previously the Membership Engagement Manager at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, British Institute of Facilities Management and Engineering UK.
