Jennifer Owen is the Assistant Director of the Building Safety Fund, Homes England. Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of the Building Safety Fund. This fund was designed to remediate several hundred buildings, with a capital value of £2.5 billion and it launched in July 2020. Hundreds of projects are on site with the largest project totalling £32.5 million in project costs. Jennifer provides advisory support to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) on various issues related to the remediation programmes. She serves as a key advisor on multiple industry-related issues.
