Jamie is an Associate Principal at Grimshaw Architects, where he has gained 15 years experience as an architect specialising in arts, culture, and sports projects.
He will be representing Grimshaw to discuss the firm's parental leave policies, which he has personally benefited from as a young father. Recently returning to work after taking shared parental leave, Jamie is passionate about advancing conversations around gender balance and increasing male participation in parental responsibilities—both within the architecture industry and beyond.
Through his insights and experiences, Jamie aims to spread awareness of the importance of equitable parental leave and encourage other men to engage more actively in early parenthood, setting a standard for a more inclusive and balanced workplace culture.
