James is a chartered engineer with extensive experience designing and delivering complex national infrastructure projects in the UK across a range of sectors including projects for Network Rail, National Grid and High Speed 2. 

Currently heading up Production Thinking at Costain, James has overseen transformation work to embed production thinking into business as usual operations. This work has enabled Costain to realise efficiencies through MMC techniques in roads, rail, water and integrated transport sectors.
