James Dixon is Design Director at Benoy where he leads their UK work, focussing on urban regeneration schemes. He is currently working on a number of London-based mixed use residential led schemes including Great West Road, Fourth Mile in Chiswick and Thames Quay, Canary Wharf.

Previously James worked on a number of high-profile schemes including the East Village Masterplan, connected to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for Here East; Brent Cross Masterplan for Argent; Lillie Square, 808 homes as part of the Earls Court re-development, Stanislavsky Factory in Moscow, an RIBA 2014 award-winning mixed-use development; Holland Park Villas, a 72 unit high end residential scheme and spa overlooking Holland Park; Millbank Complex, a 300-key hotel; the regeneration of Heal’s Department Store offices, Grade 2* listed, and Dukes Court, Jermyn Street. a retail + office development for the Crown Estate and the award winning Friends House on Euston Road .

He is also on the NLA High Street Expert Panel and has talked at a number of events including NLA, UKReiif on high street regeneration
