Izzy directs all learning and development activities at Ryder. This covers aspects including recruitment and onboarding, EDI action plan, PlanBEE and degree apprenticeships, and specialised learning programmes to address business development needs. She developed Ryder’s integrated strategy which empowers people to fulfil their potential, and support the development of high performing, collaborative and engaged teams. Izzy is a PlanBEE sponsor representative for Ryder and works closely with Gateshead College and other key supporters on the delivery and implementation of the higher apprenticeship programme across all regions.
