I’m Ian. In my Professional life I’m a Senior Project Manager at Mace working with public sector clients to deliver major infrastructure projects efficiently and to high quality. Outside of this I’m a husband, father of two young children and volunteering with the National Childcare Trust as a Mentor on their Parents in Mind project supporting New Dads and non-birthing partners in the first couple of years of Parenthood and the stresses that this brings.

Being a person passionate about their work I’m no stranger to the stresses of work. Following on from my own struggles and recovery I’ve been passionate about being an advocate for all in the workplace. Training as a Mental Health Supporter and leading on mental health initiatives in the workplace. I try to lead on my projects and make sure that the delivery of projects does not need to come at the mental health of anyone.
