Hony is the Founder and CEO at Hony Premlal Consultancy, an organisation that provides executive mentoring/coaching and housing consultancy services.  She also fulfils the role of Chair for Eldon Housing and WISH London. She holds board memberships with SCLT and Trinity Housing, in addition to being a Regional Group Member of the CIH.
