Gwilym Still is Passivhaus Director at Max Fordham and is a certified Passivhaus Consultant and Certifier. He has over 16 years’ experience across a range of project sectors, scales and stages. His projects include new build, refurbishment and extension projects, including residential, education, student accommodation, offices, archives and galleries. Gwilym particularly focuses on helping to deliver robust, low-energy designs that work and are sensitive to the building’s architecture, whether adapting an existing building or developing a new one.
Gwilym's recent projects include the multi-award-winning Passivhaus redevelopment of Agar Grove Estate, the EnerPHit deep retrofit of CISL's Entopia Building, and the new-build Cranmer Road student accommodation for King's College Cambridge.
Gwilym also leads the Practice’s Developing Countries Group, which provides pro-bono engineering expertise on community projects around the world that couldn't otherwise access such assistance.
