My name is Griff Bromfield-Jenkins, I am a senior safety strategy manager at Transport for London. I have worked in EHS for over 20 years in various different sectors such as construction, public transport and consultancy. I am currently leading on the creation and implementation of TfL’s SHE culture improvement programme as well as their strategic approach towards colleague safety.

I am interested in the strategic integration and alignment of EHS into Business operations, with the objective of driving tangible business improvement including EHS performance.
