For the last five years I have worked at CITB National Construction College as an Account Manager. Initially I worked with employers and individuals to organise training for the development of their existing workforce, but in the last year I have started to focus more on our provision of apprenticeships. This role is my first in the construction industry, and I have found it to be an eye-opening exposure to an industry that I previously knew little about. The passion and commitment I see in those across the industry is inspiring, and it is my pleasure every day to be involved at the start of training the new generation of construction worker.
