Deborah is the Chief Executive Officer of Populo Living, responsible for building new homes in Newham, East London, in partnership with Newham Council.

Newham is one of London’s most exciting, diverse, and rapidly growing boroughs. Under Deborah's leadership, the Populo Living team is dedicated to creating affordable, high-quality spaces designed to stand the test of time. Her impressive career spans positions from Strategy Director at a major residential development firm to advising the former Prime Minister on housing policy, as well as hands-on delivery of large-scale residential schemes. Deb is also a Professor of Practice at the University of Wales, Trinity St David.
