Damon’s private sector career was centred on procuring goods for resale but since bringing that wealth of commercial knowledge to the public sector he has become adept in a wide range of categories across varied organisational structures with experience that includes Transport (Network Rail), Local Unitary Authority (Luton Council) and a G15 Housing Association (Peabody Trust).
