Chris is a member of the CIOB, IFE, ASFP and PFKG, which has helped provide him with the further education and networking opportunities to grow the conversation around fire safety. 

He has 18 years experience within the construction industry starting as a site setting out engineer, moving onto various site and project management roles. He now works for Skanska's central fire engineering team where he supports all the business operating units in fire compliance. His role is to develop processes and procedures that will allow the business to fulfil their obligations in complying with the building regulations, whilst providing technical support in design, procurement, installation and record keeping.
