Chloe has worked in the Construction industry from the age of 21, beginning in administrative roles and moving quickly on to site, realising a real passion for the built environment. She enrolled for further education in the evening, studying Construction and the Built Environment, and then Construction Management, while continuing to work on site and deliver construction projects and gaining practical experience.
Chloe went on to attain professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Builders, graduating the Chartered Membership Programme in 2019, during this time progressing to Project Manager. Her career continued to grow, developing further into Contracts Manager, and now Operations Manager where she oversees all aspects of Operations and Commercials for the delivery of Design and Build contracts. In this role Chloe strives for industry leading quality in her delivery of projects, valuing collaboration and integrity above all. Throughout her career, Chloe has faced and witnessed countless adversities for women working in Construction and has committed herself to make positive change to the industry that she loves.
Chloe is an active committee member of the National Association for Women in Construction, and volunteers to host and organise seminars, events and workshops for the Construction community in London, working alongside other industry bodies such as the RICS. Chloe is extremely passionate about making change through education, allyship and continuing professional development, recently organising and moderating seminars on ESG in Construction, Employment Law, Whistleblowing and Leadership. Chloe has been shortlisted for the CITB Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction, has been a panellist for the IGPP Women in Leadership Conference and volunteers for the Women in Business Mentoring Programme at Sheffield Hallam University.
