Cat Dowd is the Head of People & Culture at PRP Architecture, she is a Trustee and Board member of the Clive Smith Foundation and is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Cat is passionate about creating inclusive and thriving workplace communities. She has also spent several years helping people in the built environment normalise the conversation around mental health and wellbeing.
