My name is Cassie Kinnear I have had a unique journey in the construction industry. After starting a degree in law, I realised that my true passion was towards working and being financially independent. So, I took a leap of faith and started my journey as an apprentice within the construction industry, where I quickly progressed and after 9 years, having developed a wonderful relationship with my manufacturers, decided to put my acquired knowledge to test and left to start my own business, Doorphoria Ltd. The company specialises in providing an exceptional range of doors, ironmongery, fixtures and fittings solutions to clients nationwide. Over the years, my commitment to providing high-quality products and services has enabled me to scale my business across different sectors, offering off the shelf and bespoke solutions that exceed client expectations. I am proud of my journey within the industry and the mark that I have and wish to continue making in the sector. As a female entrepreneur I am even prouder to be advocating equality.
