Caroline Dove is a Partner of HTA Design LLP, an architect with 40 years’ experience designing sustainable places to live in collaboration with communities. She leads multi-disciplinary teams responsible for designing and delivering a wide range of community-led regeneration and refurbishment projects, multi-generational and later life living, custom-build housing, and local authority housebuilding programmes. Caroline’s current focus is on new approaches to later life living and the holistic refurbishment of existing homes.
As Partner for HR, Caroline champions our learning and development, ED&I initiatives and social value and outreach activities. She is an Ambassador for Blueprint for All, is part of the Trailblazer Group which has established apprenticeships in architecture, and is an active contributor to the LSA Practice Network.
Caroline is the author of ‘Radical Housing: Designing Multi-generational and Co-living Housing for all’, and contributed to ‘Altered Estates 2’ with a special focus on the response to climate change, Agile Aging Alliance’s ‘Cultivating Neighbourhoods that Care’ and the Housing Forum’s ‘Older and Wiser’ report.
