As head of cost Management for AECOM Brian has worked on and delivered cost consultancy services on tall buildings for over 25 years both in London and overseas including tall buildings 122 Leadenhall and 1 Undershaft in London. This experience has led to an understanding of the cost and commercial drivers whilst appreciating how these need to interface balance with architectural design and merit necessary to achieve planning and placemaking and more recently the net zero and ESG impacts to deliver a successful project.
